is bone smashing an actual thing i should be doing or will it cause more damage then good

i was considering bone smashing but i am not sure if there is any studies to actually prove it can enhance my looks as i was unable to find much studies into it online

If you do it right it’s good for the swelling doesn’t cause any actual bone growth though

yes it works. make sure to buy some zygo tape and hard mew 24/7 as well.

yes it works and the only side effect is soft tissue bruises/cuts
it takes ~3+ months to see real bone growth thats why most people think its cope, theyre not consistent enough

exactly what i’m thinking ive got a 10kg kettlebell i might drop on them to increase size from one end to the other from .013 cm to .124 cm by decreasing the hight so if u look at them from the rigjt angle they look massive but in the wrong lighting they may look like pancakes

that’s fine atm absolutely littered with cuts along my face from falling off a stool at a party thr other day 😓✌️

it works, it works better with 2 people though,
get your friend to bonesmash you with a sledge hammer
