i’ve been bone smashing for about 4 weeks. i’ve noticed slight change but that might be due to inflammation under the skin. what can i do to increase improvement?

it doesn’t grow u bones but it gives u a temporary swelling affect which looks like a fillers

no. If you put oil on your face it will soak up into it and prevent the swelling and then you can bonesmash but be sure to use something really hard like a mallet or a stone. Without the swelling it will only affect the bone and make it grow. If you want it to grow faster take lots of mk677 and peptides bro.

Little known fact, sperm can be used as lubrication to increase bone growth due to the amino acids so be sure to apply daily

It just swells but id say it wouldnt cause any actual bone growth. If it did you would have to hit it so precisely so it wouldnt look asymmetrical but even then it could grow unevenly but irl doesnt cause any very permanent changes just swelling. So if your fine with that then yes.

No nigga genuinely I’m telling you my chin and zygos have ascended and not going away it was like I aged 2 years in 6months but inna good way just don’t give self brain damage hit like 30% strength
 
Yes, I read something about the bones growing from like hematomas or wtv, basically the THEORY is that blood swells around the bone then that causes certain cells to cause more bone growth. I dont know too much about it but ill look into it more to give you a more solid answer

Okay so basically for bonesmashing to work you physically have to cause breaks in the bone this causes the bone/bones to bleed the healing comes from the blood clotting at the fracture and causing a hematoma osteoclasts remove dead bone and fibroblasts get in there and make a callus around said bone then the osteoblasts come in and turn that callus into new bone, continual mechanical stress and remodeling forms and shapes new bone. Wolffes law or wtv is just a theory this is just how bones heal it does take a min for the bones to gain back full strength tho.

Interesting, I definitely don't think I've been smashing hard enough then, I usually do abt 40% force for 2 mins, and smash every other day of the week and just try to get swelling to last, what do u recommend?

Thats a start for sure but definitely not enough, so I do it every day before I go to bed or maybe in the morning aswell, I also make sure im hitting my calcium k2 and d3 intake idk if that really helps with the bone smashing but its good for your body any way, I try to do it in reps kinda so starting from the high arch of the zygos on either side ill smash it 20 times hard as fuck its gonna hurt at first but it kinda just goes away, I do that on both sides of the zygos from the high arch all the way down over and over until I can smash hard as fuck without there being too much pain. I also do it in the shower I dont know if that actually helps with the pain but for me the warm water kinda makes it more bareable so in reps of 20 on each side or where ever you need to smash over and over until you can hit hard as fuck not like goin all the way back with the hammer and causing major breaks but just really hard. A warning I'll get bruising sometimes or scabs from bleeding but it's all good also your face is gonna hurt pretty bad, plus it'll be a slower start everything you do bone smash because it'll hurt more every time so go like a week on and 2 days off, then when you feel you've caused alot then give it a few weeks to a month and get good sleep before you start again

Alright appreciate the advice, that shit looks like it's going to fucking hurt but anything to get a little better ig, Im also maximizing my calcium and k2. Ive been doing the clav method and using my old trophy but might just switch to an actual hammer for more surface, but I'm going to try ur shit fs
