eh it doesnt really promote bone growth and bone growth is minimal due to how long it takes for remodelling and how far mechanical stress can go the growth you see is due to scar tissue and fibrosis thickned skin and scar tissue betweeen the bone and skin.

using it acutely as a fraud is 100% legit the scar tissue formation arguement is speculative but has some merit other than that you will gain no bone or so little it wont make a difference

your'e right but i actually have a theory - if you bonesmash to get 2-4 day swelling, you could probably look into a high dosage of like corticosteroids or colchicine to stop the healing. they actively have macrophage and fibroblast activity, so the body can't clear the fluid or repair the micro trauma right away. lmk ur thoughts jfl
