Is bone smashing neck curls and chin tucks cope?

I’ve been thinking about starting to bone smash but I’ve seen on threads and TikTok that it’s cope. I know there is some benefit to neck curls and chin tucks but is it that big of a difference?

neck is a very important part of your looks imo its very very underrated. chin tucks im not sure about and bonesmashing i believe i had some success with but i was a bit younger like 14 when i did it so im not sure if age is a factor

Maybe I haven’t been doing it correctly and in turn it hasn’t benefited me the way it should, but bone smashing is in cope with the idea that it’ll ascend you permanently. It is a good thing to do before you leave somewhere (work, going out, going to see a girl,etc) because it swells up the areas that you want to gain bone mass in. For the other two tho, I’ve only been doing neck curls and chin tucks for about a month or two and I’ve seen a good amount of results. Like with anything, you get out what you put in.

Nigga If you can properly read, I clearly stated I researched through forums and on social media. Only reason I asked is because I want to hear about people’s personal experience on the topic. Trust me nigga I also sat in my room crying injecting chinese chemicals into my self wondering if it would fuck me up or make a genuine change. It don’t hurt to share ur experience or thoughts on the topic instead of being a miserable fuck.

age definitely did play a factor bm is cope most people who show “results” from it use a picture from when they weren’t even developed yet and then you have impressionable 14yrs following in the footsteps

Chin tucks can strengthen ur neck muscles and neck curls to so not cope and Bonesmashing is cope for permanent results if ur not on hgh or test
