i tried bonesmashing earlier tonight i hit my zygos and my chin+sides but the right corner of my chin lowkey hurts like hell, i hit both sides the same but my right side is very very sore when i touch it, did i hit a nerve? i know i shouldve done more research for this but honestly i wasnt thinking before i started. Do i keep smashing in the future?
