Is bonesmashing cope and should I just ropemaxx if I have a few less mms of bone?

YES! IT'S COPE, use steroids or get implants, but hitting your face like a dumbass is not going to help you ascend, it will probably do the opposite.

If I got a penny for every clueless reply like this, I’d have enough for jaw implants :ogre:
Controlled stress + consistency = gradual remodeling
Same principle behind orthodontics, leg lengthening, and skull expanders -> slow pressure = bone response

Why would the bone become bigger tho? Bone mineral density would increase but would you be able to see the difference? I dont think so

Or else muay thai fighters would have ridicilous looking shin bones because they condition them for literal decades, no?

You're half right abt BMD, but Bone remodeling ≠ bone density.
and obv it's not abt turning into shrek :ogre: or whatever - it’s about minute directional changes in projection, width, n contour. And yes, those do become visible over time.
Basically, The changes are slow , but they accumulate
Regarding muay thai fighter - ironically, their shin bones do remodel
(CT scans show increased cortical thickness)

TL;DR: Subtle ≠ ineffective

Ah yes, because hitting yourself in the face is equivalent to clinically precise medical equipment :unsure::unsure: Keep bonesmashing or whatever, the only thing you'll get is localized inflammation no significant amount of growth in the bone, you cannot cheat your body like that bro, but do whatever you want.
