Bonesmashing isn't going to do anything for you long term but it can cause temporary swelling which can look good for a little while I guess

Swelling would last for a few hours, and the area might be red for a bit longer than that. If the swelling is lasting longer than like a day then you probably injured yourself. I wouldn't recommend bonesmashing since I think it's too much risk for something that's largely cope
