If been doing it for a while now i have seen some results but if been seeing some say its cope?

Do you genuinely think smashing ur bones with a hammer will do anything but bruise and swell it? Wolffs law does not apply to this because bonesmashing gives irregular, not controlled localized impact trauma.

Thats just swelling. I was doing it consistently for like a month and thought I saw results but it went back to normal in a few weeks, which means the swelling does last a super long time. Even with Blake speaks new theory that is technically true you can't consistently cause bleeding under the periosteum to actually get growth.

My dad told me how there is a much larger bone growth around his toe because he fractured it when he was young but that is an actual fracture which is pretty hard and probably pretty stupid thing to get on your face

Youre taking the word of a youtuber over actual research conducted by professionals. Bonesmashing gives you temporary results through swelling NOT real bone growth. You are an iqlet and should considering tying a noose around your neck. I cant with low iq people like you.
