i tried it for a bit but idk if it does anything

It dosent induce bone growth, it causes temporary swelling which over time becomes semi permanent the results do not mimic bone aesthetically and often times are asymmetrical and make u look worse once the damage is semi permanent it can take years to dissapear, mark me solution

No evidence of this whatsoever. We have all the reason to believe it is actual bone and this is just some shit you retards got brainwashed with after a couple bonesmashing deniers made up shit. Any excuse to remain subhuman ig

no but only if it is paired with maasai jumps
Yes excaclty. After that put a rope tightly around your neck and then from an elevated surface please perform the masaai jump

The science behind it dosent even make logical sense, to induce actual symmetrical bone growth you would need to hit an exact PSI in the proper location an equal amount of times, not to mention I’ve seen zero good results from bone smashing, the one result I did see literally descended as his face looked swollen

That's like saying to induce symmetrical muscle growth you would need to generate the exact same amount of mechanical tension lmao. The body doesn't work like that. Clav, androgenic, Kent, etc., none of them have good results from bonesmashing? Getting ridiculous here

Because muscle distributes the load by nature? When you activate a muscle the entirety of it is being put under pressure, when you strike bone only one spot of it receives the pressure. it would need to be extremely exact to not have uneven results, also none of these have results from bonesmashing idk why tf ur bringing up the jester Kent he just recently switched to that bones smash grift, loox took androgens and got a more muscly face which fruads proper development(why his maxilla looks projected) and clavs bones haven’t changed at all.

bones distributes load by nature too that's why breaks don't just happen literally at the site of impact lol. And let's get this straight: no one has good results from bone smashing and everyone with good results is actually just lying about it. Sounds scientific right

Breaks do happen at the site of impact that’s like saying a glass vase distributes pressure well because it shatters, bone is rigid, rigid things don’t distribute pressure well this is basic biology. the highest stress is at the impact point it dosent evenly spread, and out of the 3 people u listed all 3 began the bonesmashing grift recently. Clav literally used to admit it dosent cause actual bone growth, loox is doing it because he’s friends with jester Kent and Kent is doing it because he needs to sell his cope course.

A glass vase does distribute pressure because it shatters. Everything distributes pressure, that's the point. Clav used to believe it doesn't cause bone growth and then changed his mind, just like everyone who does bone smashing for a significant period of time. The Kent/Andro cope is literally just conspiracy theory with no evidence. If you have anything worthwhile to say you haven't said it yet

Just lol at ur absolute retardation first u said bone distributes pressure like a muscle no the fuck it dosent then u misrepresented my point, no shit it distributes pressure it dosent do it WELL. like I said that’s why the results will be uneven, even if the science worked it would need a level of unreasonable precision. Clav didn’t or shouldn’t have changed his mind considering his bones are the exact fucking same :lul::lul::lul:. the Kent andro isn’t a conspiracy, there is an actual reasonable answer for Andros transformation and it’s a high amount of androgens, Kent used to promote “igf-1 signaling” but ever since he’s been getting backlash, he’s switched to bonesmashing. loox is friends with him and obv won’t clown him in front of the whole internet, he supported Kent’s igf-1 signaling bs even tho it was cope and is now doing the same for the bone smashing. loox only promoted it when Kent did. :lul::lul:

Regional hypertrophy exists for muscles just like it does for bones... the greatest diameter increases in bone as a result of functional (muscular) loading happen near the tendon attachment point. Except the whole bone still experiences adaptation. When you bonesmash, every part of the bone which experiences the shockwave of force generated has been given a stimulus for adaptation. You're acting like bonesmashing leads to growth only at the precise square millimeter area of the actual site of impact, this is just ridiculous. Growth happens concentrically.

I don't even know what to say to the rest of the schizo ramblings, you just sound crazy tbh

misappropriating wolffs law rn micro fractures aren’t the same as cyclical loading. for wolffs law to work and bone hypertrophy to be induced it needs equal repetitive loading not actue uncontrolled impacts that cauae fracturing. cyclical stress like orthodontics or hard chewing can help remodel them bonesmashing dosent and it’s not schizo ramblings it’s common fucking sense lol.

You plugged my response into AI and this is what you got back right? lmao. No one is talking about microfactures. Bonesmashing is both cyclical and controlled. Bone hypertrophy adaptations are actually greater with acute, impact loading. No part of this is even valid. It would be less embarrassing right now if you admitted you got this shit from AI because the alternative is just having no idea what anything even means

My last response not falling for the ragebait, smashing your face in with a hammer is neither cyclical nor controlled it does not provide sustained pressure, if this was true people who fracture ACTUAL load bearing bones would have their bones come back larger but they don’t because breaking your fucking bones isn’t the same as your body adapting to cyclical stress placed on it, assuming it did work you’d have to smash for life or else your bone would simply reabsorb also u frl think that shit was ai how slow are u, didn’t even use proper punctuation in it, bottom line is there’s not a single study or scientific law to support this shit 💀💀

bonesmashing every day or every week like people do is cyclical. Bonesmashing intentionally in the pursuit of specific adaptations (literal bonesmashing regimens) is the definition of controlled. Sustained pressure is less hypertrophic than acute impact: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/15746998/ And yes, even simple fractures frequently heal back with increases in size. If you were actually retarded enough to write all that then there you go

bonesmashing = psl massai jumps = appeal

It gives you inflamation at the very least, even if wolf’s law didn’t exist it would still be decent for inflamation.
