Is bonesmashing cope?

Every now and again, I lightly bone smash as a joke. Was wondering if anyone has ever had any real outcome from bonesmashing?

i've been bonesmashing for a few weeks, very minimal results so far but consistency is key, I also use my fist because I do not want cause excessive damage from using a hammer or other objects, so I might not e striking hard enough quite yet
