Bone smashing works by the calcification of the swollen area. Basically, when a fighter gets cauliflower ear, it swells up and never gets time to heal. Eventually, it hardens to an almost bone like structure.

The main idea isn't to get it done by wolf's law and hit hard, but rather keeping it bruised until it solidifies.

not cope, however it does not grow the bone itself, and even if bone density is increased this does not mean the the bone is necessarily larger, but you will grow the tissue surrounding the bone which will give you the “growth” you bonesmash for.
