I bonesmashed for 3 years, it’s okay at best, roi isn’t that drastic and Iqlets hype it because they confuse the swelling for bonemass.
On my zygos I got 1.5mm growth and chin jackshit

Its cope, only good for short term if youre going out or something, it just swells up the area u hit, doesnt make your bones grow
