it works. and yes from my experience hammer is the best, i’ve got a good massage gun recently that was also quite expensive, but after a few uses i realised that it’s nothing compared to hammer, but it couod be better for newbies with low pain tolerance, since it doesn’t hurt at all unlike hammer
