This explains it well thank youThe mechanism of action is debated, some say remodelling of bone with wolff's law through osteogenesis while another theory say its bone growth over a subperiosteal hematoma. Either ways it works.
Use light to moderate taps and avoid bruising
Do it near the infraorbital rim and supraorbital ridge
Avoid areas in the temple with blood vessels/ nerves to prevent any damage
If you want more proof that it works ask any fightersThis explains it well thank you
Gotchu, I've heard going for zygos causes asymmetry so I don't usually bone smash them tho I have tried it more than twice what do u say about thatyes use a glass bottle like cologne or phone with a thick case, don’t go hard like for zygos/chin but do light moderate taps
well as long as your putting in same force and count each time your hitting it you won’t see any asymmetry’s, “asymmetry’s” only happen if you hit one part a lot and ignore the other but if ur putting equal force and amount your perfectly fine, i didnt get any major asymmetries personallyGotchu, I've heard going for zygos causes asymmetry so I don't usually bone smash them tho I have tried it more than twice what do u say about that
