Was in a discord a while back where ppl did stuff along those lines aswell as heelsmashing tutorials etc. i recorded everything before it got wiped pm and ill send u when i find it. Anecdotal results so believe what u want, did look promising though.

Technically yes and no. The thing is that this kind of takes time to work. Wolfs law for height growth is best optimized with cardio and jumping (from sports). Take2 kids with the same genetics and have one play a sport his whole life until the age of 18 and one not. Same diet same age same external factor s(besides playing sports). The kid that plays sports will be taller, by how much that depends on their genetics but him being taller is a guarantee.

Wolf’s law is not what brings results from bonesmashing it is blood calcification which can only be achieved from hitting until you bleed, this is very bad and dangerous which is one of the many reasons bone smashing is retarted
