I’ve considered bonesmashing to make my zygos and brow ridge more prominent but don’t wanna waste my time coping. Does it rlly work? I’ve read multiple studies as to it does and the science behind it and how mma and jujitsu fighters use a similar process but with their shins and elbow area. But still see so many people saying it’s cope, not sure if they’re trying to get rid of comp or what.

It works, most people who call it cope are just soft and cant tolerate the pain and be consistent with it. The only thing that I'm worried about is the brain damage, so try to brace your head so you dont fuck yourself up. Hope this helps

Tried it for the first time tonight and yeah my zygos were popping especially when checking from 45 degree side profile. But I think it’s mostly just a pump from like blood clotting in the tissue that I bone smashed. I’m gonna keep doing it daily for about a month and see how the results turn out.

Okay yeah I noticed how much your brain can be thrashed so I’ve used a 15 pound weight and applied pressure with my hand on my side to brace it when it hits.

I put it in 2x speed and watched some of it but basically he’s just proving that bone smashing does cause result just through a different theory and not wolfs law so basically bone smashing isn’t cope.

its cope
obviously not by wolff's law
subperiosteal hematoma isnt proved to make the bones more prominent besides increasing density a bit
also probably does more harm than good
if u can get me any evidence that hematomas increase attractiveness and not just density I'll take it
