no it doesnt owrk but lets grant it does work, how do you ensure that "growth" is symmetrical? how do you ensure that the growth is not excessive? is it permanent? so if you end up being asymmetrical and over grown you're stuck with that? or is it like a muscle where you gotta keep "working out the bone"?

The only thing you'll get bonesmashing is nerve damage.
