Is bonesmashing legit?

Before coming here i thought bonesmashing was universally agreed as autistic and stupid. Now though ive seen many people who seriously say it works. Is it legit, can i fix any minor flaws such as a big nose?

Yes it does, don’t bonesmash above cheekbones.

Don’t use objects or hammer just use knuckles and get in your vitamins like d3 k2 calcium for repair

and just follow a good routine also PLEASE make sure to lay down so your head doesn’t move/you don’t get head trauma and use a mouth guard to or smt

1 year after i posted this and I'm gonna let u know that this shit works, don't bonsemash your nose because its not a bone its a cartilage, the rest you can find guides on it, if u hit a spot and you can feel irritation don't hit it again.
