1. Grows bigger/denser bones
2. Increases swelling, possibly permanently around the eye as a form of shielding
3. Ruins skin quality/collagen, this is coming from Astro himself who is the bone smash king.
A caveat though, I doubt it will ruin the skin quality unless you’re causing extreme harm like a fucking hammer would do, anybody have that gif still?
