Bonesmashing is slang for craniofacial surgery and yes, it's real. It's also really expensive.

You're better off making sure that you're not fat, have clear skin, and exercise from time to time. Clear skin in particular already puts you leagues above so many other people.

the original meaning was literally hammering ur skull , if u can remember indigenous swiss but u probably never seen him . i also made videos on bonesmashing in 2022 but i unlisted them .
