Is bonesmashing worth it if you’re not using blood thinners?

I’ve heard that bone smashing doesn’t work because of Wolffs law, but instead it makes bone through hematomas. If taking blood thinners makes you more likely to get a hematoma, is it worth it to bone smash without any blood thinners? I know there’s still a chance that it will work but apparently it’s really low.

Yes but you have to hit harder if not on thinners
