Botb is a good starting point once you get into more specific tailored things it becomes less useful you can even experiment with methods you make

Depends which peptides and for what personally I’ve only used 2 so can’t comment on much I’ve done mt2 and ghkcu

I believe so yes otherwise you can either just search up guides for them or just ask questions just sometimes better to read guide cause most people say stupid shit anyway
