Is botox required for overgrown masseters?

Always clenched my jaw to pump out my masseters but recently I've come to the realization that I look like this lad

I know botox is a solution for this but if I stop clenching and start eating more soft foods shouldn't the masseters atrophy over time and return to a more normal size?
