Basically title. I've been lifting weights and running for 4-5 years and have a physique I'm pretty happy with, but I feel like rounding out my training with some boxing sessions a few times a week might be a good idea.
What gave me this idea was, I think the "aura" of boxing is pretty sweet. All of the cool training, hitting bags, head movement, combos, building all of the skills that make you threatening in a real-life fight... Plus its obviously good cardio and looks super fun as well.
In terms of value is it basically just a "if you enjoy it then do it for cardio" situation or is it something greater, to the point where getting good at it would lead to a major increase in SMV?
Anyone with experience in boxing/combat sports feel free to chime in, thanks
