I haven’t eaten breakfast for a while and it’s been great. I stopped eating breakfast so I could lose weight and I haven’t noticed any issues if anything I feel more energized. I can eat basically exactly the same as I did before and still be in a calorie deficit. Before all I ate for breakfast was sugary shit like cearal or poptarts because it was easy but know if I do eat breakfast (usually only on weekends because of school) I’ll make something low calories and actually good for me like eggs.
Should I keep skipping breakfast or is there any long term side effects?
