Is breakfast cope?

I haven’t eaten breakfast for a while and it’s been great. I stopped eating breakfast so I could lose weight and I haven’t noticed any issues if anything I feel more energized. I can eat basically exactly the same as I did before and still be in a calorie deficit. Before all I ate for breakfast was sugary shit like cearal or poptarts because it was easy but know if I do eat breakfast (usually only on weekends because of school) I’ll make something low calories and actually good for me like eggs.

Should I keep skipping breakfast or is there any long term side effects?

As long as you're getting balanced nutrition throughout the day, you should be fine. My functional medicine doctor tells me that eating around the same time every day is the most important thing for regulating blood sugar and insulin production.
