anyone know if it’s good-
a) during puberty (i’m 15)
b) long term (planning to use it for school so i would have to use it pretty much permanently)
c) is it even that good for lowering inhib?
also, is there a specific source i should go for or does it not really matter? since you can kinda get it from anywhere
