Is brushing like this normal after bone smashing ?

I tried bone smashing for the first time and used my fist ( wrapped in cloth ) on my chin for five minutes. It doesn’t hurt at all but a visible bruise appeared on my chin.

Yeah that’s normal you stop bruising after a but it’s acc quite a good indicator ur doing it right as long as it’s not like painful without touching it
