Is bs cope if ur not lean enough

I have been bs for 4 months now and i currently lost 50 lbs 220-170 (24% bf) and ik not all of it was fat. For now do you think bs would be cope. Be as honest as possible please.

Bs takes a long time to actually achieve a permanent result

you could def see a change if your consistent with it and do it properly

js do some more research into it because 4 months shouldve shown at least a miniscule change
