I wouldn't recommend. Yes, there is 50% chanced you have chiselled cheekbones after this. But also 50% chance you will look shit Skeleton after 30. I wouldn't risk tbh.

Vastly depends on your bone structure. But imo dropping to a lower body fat percentage is a better and more holistic way of losing fat

Whether buccl fat removal will work for you is more a question of where your facial fat is stored rather than your age, some people have chubby faces but this isnt actually caused by large buccal fat pads, but a more even distribution of fat below the skin, some people unfortunately are just unlucky and store more of their body fat on their face vs their body, whereas other can be 20% BF and still have a lean face

So need to determine if its your buccals which are fat or just general excess facial fat
