Some people get hollow cheeks at 15% bodyfat or even above because they have big ass cheekbones and a wide jaw.

Some get it when extremely lean with an above average jaw.

Some never get it because of subhuman bones or fat storage genetics (especially in asians of all kinds).

I have a subhuman jaw so I will never get it even by dropping to 10% bodyfat.

I agree with you that longer faces(usually men) tend to have higher cheekbones,while shorter(most women) usually have lower one
