Is buccal fat removal worth it?

I feel like I won’t be able to regain my old slim cheeks. I feel this may be the only option.

most buccal fat removal results aren't even results based on before/after pics I've seen

How though? I’m already at 160. You mean just like reduce overall body fat to what 8%?

Yes bodyfat. You can be low weight but most of that weight is just fat.

cheekfat is harder to lose than normal fat
you need to cut down on carbs

Breakfast:
2 cups oatmeal+Apple
Lunch:
Can of Organic mercury free tuna (25 g of protein, low sodium)+Sweet potatoe
Dinner:
8 oz of red meat

Only around 1500 calories

cardio + lifting and high protein is what leaned my face

Removing that stuff will make you look old really quick. It's not worth it.

I mean hopefully I can get over this through restrictive diet and heavy excercise or else it’s my only option. Idk how long bloat needs to be present in your facial area for permanent fat tissue to form. Hopefully there’s still some leeway
