I drink around 3-4 cups of coffee a day. I don’t consume energy drinks, pre-workout and neither do I smoke or take drugs.

How much of an effect does it have on collagen levels and would you be better of abstaining from coffee?

I don't know. I've been told people adapt to caffeine and then it doesn't raise their cortisol any more.

but imho, that's like people adapting to alcohol and not getting drunk as easily any more. It's still a toxin, and it's still decaying your brain and body.

If you're not working out, a little bit of caffeine in tea or coffee combined with the anti-oxidants, might have a hermetic effect.

That is doing some damage, which triggers the body into increasing repair, which promotes greater health and longevity.

But I don't risk it because modern environments are already very stressful to the body, and so is working out.

imo it didn't affect me that badly as long as you're working out and being able to adapt to it properly

You have to consume 10 hours before sleep or it's gonna fuck up your life
If you decreased the amount and replaced it with something healthier like cacao powder that would be better

not at all, causes vasoconstriction in your face making it appear leaner (debloat), clears out your kidneys a bit assuming you’re properly hydrated by acting as a diuretic, and keeps you awake
