Throughout a week I consume right now 1450mg but only in the morning

I’ll have pre workout on days I lift and then just consume bubblers for my stim in my study stack

nah just don’t go over 1k a day

shit gets pretty wicked if u do but caffeine really doesn’t hinder you as long as you do it right
