caffeine as a stimulant increases skin aging.
stimulants act as vasoconstrictors on skin cells

Obviously this effect is irrilevant compared to aging induced by sun and unhealthy lifestyle (eating sugar, smoking, drinking et cetera)

I seen studies that say that caffiene increases Cortisol levels which competes with T Levels which basically decreases T Levels.I plan on not drinking any caffeine anymore.
