Is calculus really that bad

I’m planning my courses rn (undecided major) I can either take precalc trig and then calc 1 or just take brief calculus

What should I do

Basically if I want a BS degree I have to take real calc classes but if I want a BA degree I can just take brief calc

So I don’t wanna waste effort if I don’t have to but also I don’t wanna take useless courses

I’m a retard I took precalc algebra earlier instead of full precalc so if I want to take calc 1 I have to take precalc trig first or I can just take brief calc instead of those 2 but it’ll limit my degree choice
