Its not cope. Just start adding weights if it gets to easy. Ive been doing it for a couple months and I have the same amount of muscle as my friend who goes to the gym.title

if u want size you’re better off weight lifting
Calisthenics will give you far greater Pound Per Muscle Strength than lifting in the gym for Hypertrophy, why calisthenics guys are smaller in size but lift heavier than experienced dudes with your dream physique + another 40 lbs muscle. No point in training only for lifting its gay and vanity. Combine with Calisthenics to get a good physique AND be stronger than everyone elsetitle
