Not quite so. Based of my prior experience and knowledge on calisthetics, you may be able to do 1,000 pushups sir, but you will not cause fuck all muscle hypertrophy because calisthetics are useless.

I can do those pullups all day it isnt gonna do fuck all. The only reason why some gymnasts or people who do calisthetics and what not have broad shoulders or a decent amount of muscle is cuz they have been doing the same movements for literally years.

As you train closer to failure, you recruit more and more muscle fibers to complete the movement. No one said anything about the number of push ups or pull ups. Just train close to failure with 2 reps in reserve. Calisthenics is equally effective as a form a resistance if you follow those principles.

Throwing insults does not make any of your points credible. I developed 42 centimetre circumference arms with calisthenics. High reps are great for joints and hypertrophy and hyperplasia. High reps induce metabolic stress that leads to angiogenesis and enhanced nutrient partitioning. You are being ignorant. All forms of resistance will affect your muscles the same way.
