I want your thoughts on if going to the gym for hypertrophy traning or doing calisthenics is more optimal for looks.
As we all know many people cope with gym and think how much they bench/deadlift matters when in reality no girls care abt that.
So i just wanna know what ur guy’s opinions are on what is best for looksmaxxing.
Only way i can see gym being better is ur able to properly isolate shoulders and back more. Which is the only real benefit i see over calisthenics. But idk
Also reason im asking this is cause for some reason when I’ve been going to the gym the last week and lifting heavy, i have been getting this really weird sharp pain on like a specific spot on the top of my head. Im scared its a blood vessel or something that wants to burst but idk. If any of you know more about this or have experienced the same please share
