I mean when asked about his surgeon he tried gatekeeping him weirdly. After alot of badgering he caved into a guy (cant say who) then deleted it and told the guy to delete it in his reply so yeah odd.

It depends,for some people it has pretty big ROI and also if you get a good surgeon risk of getting botched is relatively low
