Is canthoplasty worth it?

I'm pretty afraid of getting anything eye related done, seeing as how I've seen some very uncanny results. My eyes have a pretty decent shape and little upper eyelid exposure, but they are slightly negatively tilted which I don't think looks appealing at all. Anyone got experience with getting canthoplasty and if it's worth the risk?

Do you want to ascend or not ? Almost every hardmaxx has risks, if you eye are is shit tier you have absolutely nothing to lose.

A10s would give you more smv than cantho most of the times

Well that's just it, I don't know if it's worth the risk, I can't find that many examples of canthoplasty that actually make the eye more positively tilted. Sure it improves the under eye but that's already decent enough with me rn, my eye shape is good enough. It's the tilt that's the problem.

My color is decent enough, it's the tilt that is the real failo.

Anyone have some pics of a successful canthoplasty that actually changes the eye tilt?

Look at Guy Massry and Dr. Vrcek. Good results

Better than Taban imo

Thanks I'll look into it, I doubt I can travel to get it done, although I hope surgeons in the Netherlands are qualified to do it too.

I'm having Surgery with Dr. Vrcek in two weeks (Canthoplasty, Ptosis, and maybe under eye filler).

Canthoplasty can be tricky, but you should see some improvement if done by a good surgeon. Don't go the cheap route. I don't know about EU Surgeons, but for U.S the best are Taban, Massry, Douglass, and Vrcek.

The uncanny result often comes from someone asking their surgeon to do too much. Aggressive Eyelid Surgery is risky. I have negative canthal tilt, but one eye is much worse than the other. I told Vrcek that I wanted Neutral Tilt, not positive tilt as I don't want to fuck up my harmony and look uncanny.

You can DM if you have any questions, I've done a lot of research.

Not sure if a joke but my eyes have a decent shape, they're not bulgy or whatever, it's the tilt. Which I can't change by squinting.

If you have a downturned medial canthus you can legit improve the tilt by squinting.

People here are absolutely helpless with their subpar analysis and critical thinking skills.
The main reason why eye related surgeries often look fake is because they position the lower lid way too high and it gives them a perma squint look which looks totally unnatural.
It shouldn't go past the iris. Hell it should barely even touch the iris naturally.
All models are perma squinting
