Is car sales a good job for around 18-20s?

Im currently doing work placement alongside school and make good enough money from it and the plan was to start full time as an apprentice when I move at the start of next year. Tbh I cannot be fucked doing it.
Would car sales be a good job for when I’m late 17- early 18? As I can learn sales skills and have uncapped earning potential. Considering the sales skills could help me with online business stuff etc.
Bear in mind I have no sales experience like being a cashier etc but I have a genuine interest in sales and in cars would they hire me still?
