I feel like doing 200 pushups+squats burns more calories while building muscle

I feel like replacing cardio with more walking

Yes bro never skip cardio lol but dont do very high intensity do "conversational" intensity meaning that you can still talk while doing whatever cardio you are doing because then you actually burn fat instead of burning sugar

I like adding cardio on leg-days, absolutely kills your legs after a workout. It's also good for just staying fit and active in general, good for the heart and all.
But ye, calorie wise, I think hitting the gym can give the same effect.

Walking is still good, depends how much weight you’re trying to lose and how much ur currently eating. The more you eat past the required deficit, the longer/more intense the cardio needs to be to make up for it

OP don’t listen to this guy, the more intense cardio you do, the more calories burned, meaning higher deficit and more fat lost. Why do you think Mr Olympia competitors do ridiculous amounts of cardio in the final weeks before competition?

are you retarded? OP is not going to be able to do 1000 push ups, it is not a consistent form of cardio to do. An incline treadmill at 4mph burns 100 calories in under 15 minutes, around the same as 200 push-ups, except it’s actually repeatable

Yea walking burns a lot of calories without making feel like shit like HIIT. I easily hit 10k steps a day

There is no point in doing running cardio or leg days and hurting knees, you can burn more fat while building more muscle with just doing cycling.

Rest is classic upper body muscles.

After doing weight lifting, calisthenics, martial arts, sports like soccer basketball and swimming, i find cardio to be the most important thing to have - which is what im now trying to get

A lifting session doesn't burn even half as much calories as 10 minutes of mild intensity cardio.

you're burning only 1200 calories in a single day when I can burn 500 cals on treadmill at 15% incline in 30mins. If I went for 2 hours with breaks in between that's 1920 cals jfl your 600 pushups are weak
