Guys, is cardio everything? Is it possible to keep your face in good shape with just cardio? I'm asking you to consider only your face, not your physical development.

it will help you maintain low bf%, you coudl starve and not do cardio aswell though. But with cardio you can realistically eat more and still be in a deficit

if by cardio you mean running then no you're just gonna uglify yourself with the cortisol
walking will get you results without extreme fatigue

But cortisol is not associated with running in a straight line.

It is not, it can still help you maintain your physique (and face) aswell as also reducing bodyfat (good for the face) , but you should always watch your food-intake, because you are heavily dependant on what you get your body (nutritionwise and caloriewise). + for reducing bodyfat, muscles are also good (you get them from cardio) because muscles burn much calories. But in the end its still about your facial bones and bloat etc.
