Guys, is cardio everything? Is it possible to keep your face in good shape with just cardio? I'm asking you to consider only your face, not your physical development.

It is not, it can still help you maintain your physique (and face) aswell as also reducing bodyfat (good for the face) , but you should always watch your food-intake, because you are heavily dependant on what you get your body (nutritionwise and caloriewise). + for reducing bodyfat, muscles are also good (you get them from cardio) because muscles burn much calories.
