ppl say here the bloat / water retention comes back in a few hours and doesn't guarantee full day debloat.

what does actually guarantee a full day no water retention in the face? No drugs

and does coconut water help debloat? It has carbs

Cardio is a decent way to debloat but what will really guarantee you to debloat is legit Furomeside

0 carb? Will that guarantee?
No bro don’t be stupid. Carbs are important .

You will only debloat by eating healthy asf no matter how much you eat . That’s the point, beacuse when you eat healthy your body can digest your food and burn calories more easily.

Furosemide is only meant to be used for special events bc it fucks your kidneys and making you feel like shit all around, Not for permanent debloat. Theres better diuretic options for longer term use.

Any form of sweating isn't cope for debloating. But you shouldn't be bloated if you just have a good diet.

It is legit as you lose much more sodium in sweat than you do potassium, reducing water retention even when you rehydrate.

8 g of kcl so like 4 g of elemental potassium, also you need like 14k everyday long term to have negative effects. It pretty hard to overdose on vitamins and stuff
