just as a tip ik ur already deep in you shouldnt go 80-100% first day you gotta ease into it for about 4 weeks and than on the end of ur 4th week go 80-100% (80 animal 20 fruit if summer 100 animal if winter)im on a carnivore diet rn, feel good and look good.
