Its best to experience it yourself. If you don't feel good in the diet, its best to avoid it.

just as a tip ik ur already deep in you shouldnt go 80-100% first day you gotta ease into it for about 4 weeks and than on the end of ur 4th week go 80-100% (80 animal 20 fruit if summer 100 animal if winter)

this is a little unorganized btw, NEVER i mean NEVER eat carbs and meat you will upregulate ur randle cycle (cross inhibition between fat and glucose oxidation for ATP within the body) and i recommend carnivore because one you will lower ur bf% two you will be optimal as you are receiving all the micros and macros you need, and believe it or not you still get carbs from the diet because your body produces carbs via protein in gluconeogenisis also dont listen to the soyjacks online saying you wont get enough vitamin c because first off no glucose in diet means no competition for the glut-4 transporter, and Vitamin c is used to hydrolyze proteins or in other words does EXACTLY what collagen synthesis does, which is repair stuff, collagen synthesis repairs tissues etc, so you need less vitamin c to sustain yourself as collagen synthesis uses a little bit of vitamin c and kinda does what vitamin c does

based on what?
Youl perform bad while gymcelling, lean non processed meats are great protein sources but theres no advantage abd many disadvantages to just cutting all other types of food out, youll get no fiber miss lots of micros etc

fiber is an antinutrient which isnt needed for any bodily functions, you get every micro you need from organs/muscle if ur gymcelling thats ur fault ur just adding stress to ur body

Conclusion: Resistance training is associated with lower mortality and appears to have an additive effect when combined with aerobic exercise. There are insufficient data to determine the potential beneficial effect of resistance training on non-fatal events or the effect of substituting aerobic exercise with resistance training.

Where are you getting meaningfull amounts vitamin c lil bro? Youre also missing out on beneficial phytochemicals like polyphenols

We dont live in 70000bc, we do things optimally, not just based on what we could survive on

for individuals who ate highest fiber, mortality rate was lower by 23%

Have fun having increased cancer risk and RAPED lipids lil bro

mb for late ass reply i dont use .org a lot but, eliminating fiber fully resolved digestive issues in all patients, https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3435786/#sec4 and you get enough vitamin c if u have no sugars as molecularly vitamin c and glucose look very similar so they compete for glut transporters so when u remove glucose vitamin c can get in easily with less needed to be efficent

As if constipation even compares to 23% lower all cause mortality. Whats next? Are you gonna not pick up a 100$ bill because you wanna keep tidy pockets?

Modest change btw

prove how it lowers all causes of mortality without major associations, also most studies talk about low fiber not no fiber which im advocating for, not to mention fiber has been shown to cause malabsorption https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/25976096/ i have seen a study that supports you but from what ive seen on it, it was very vague and didnt include the words no fiber once lol only low
