probably cope, but it does make eyebrows and lashes look shinier and denser
use minoxidil on eyebrows, dont risk putting shit like latisse or minox on your lashes
or oral minoxidil

nah the bloating will be minimal
use minoxidil for eyebrows and a lashes growth serum for eyelashes, the effect wont go away lol
