To some very slight extend yeah. Oral minoxidil is a better alternative, though kind of indirectly because its more for the hair on your head. The Ordinary is usually a cope company but their lash serum surprisingly worked for me as well

You got very good lashes keep using castor oil over night then, maybe use rosemary oil too. Both are very cheap anyways
